The Researcher Muhammad Yahya bin Aidarous Al-Banjari was awrded the master’s degree in jurisprudence and its fundamentals from the Faculty of Graduate Studies at Al-Ahgaff University, Department of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals, for his thesis titled (Contemporary Transactions in Restaurants, a Jurisprudential Study).

The discussion and judging committee consisted of:

1- Prof Dr. Riadh Faraj bin Abdat, Professor of Comparative Jurisprudence at Seiyun University (chairman and external examiner)

2- Dr. Mustafa Hamid bin Sumait, Professor and Head of the Department of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals, Faculty of Graduate Studies, Al-Ahgaff University (internal examiner)

3- Dr. Ahmed bin Saleh bin Ali Ba-Fadhel, associate professor of jurisprudence and its sciences at the College of the Noble Qur’an and Islamic Sciences (supervisor)

The researcher, Muhammad Yahya Al-Banjari, is one of the students who graduated from the Faculty of Sharia and Law, and he is from Indonesia. His thesis was highly appreciated by the examiners who enriched it with discussion and observations.

The discussion session was attended by a group of teachers, researchers and students.
