The Faculty of Administration and Economics welcomes first-level students

On Wednesday, November 25, 2020, a welcome session was held for first-level students of the Faculty of Business and Economics, majoring in Accounting and Business Administration.

The faculty dean, Dr. Ahmed Saleh Khard, the faculty registrar, Mr. Majed Basleiman, the director of the training department at the Hadramout Research Center, and the director of the activities department, Mr. Muhammad Salem Al-Bouri, attended.

At the beginning, the Dean welcomed the students and talked about the majors offered by the Faculty of Administration and Economics and its outputs in the labor market, as the university graduates get more job opportunities than other university students because of the good reputation the university enjoys, which is based on its system.

He drew the attention of the students to the need to adhere to the university system and directives, noting that the faculty made its teaching staff and registerers to serve students throughout their studies.

Then the faculty registrar spoke about the university system in effect in terms of attendance, absence, exams, dismissal, repetition, cheating, failure, rates and others.

Then the director of the training department at the Hadramout Research Center and the director of activities at the university talked about the English language proficiency program and its importance to the students. He also talked about the opening of registration in the student activities committees for those who wish to join them according to their type, and highlighted that it is an opportunity for the students to get out of the atmosphere of study and share their interests in the announced activities.
