The Dean of the Faculty of Administration and Economics, Mr. Alawi Abdel Qader Al-Aidarous, received the delegation of the Charitable Fund for Outstanding Students, represented by Dr. Abdullah Muhammad bin Thalab, Chairman of the Scientific Committee, Eng. Awadh Muhammad Balfaqiah, Executive Director, and Mr. Ali Ahmed Hubaishan, students’ relations specialist.

The Dean of the Faculty opened the meeting by welcoming the delegation of the Charitable Fund and praising the efforts provided by the Charitable Fund and their profound impact in encouraging students towards excellence and creativity. The delegation met with students of the Faculty of Administration and Economics to introduce them to the foundation's activities and objectives in serving students from various universities.

The Foundation has approved internal grants for outstanding students who obtain excellent grades in the university. The grant covers a monthly stipend starting from second-level students to fourth-level students from various faculties.

Al-Ahgaff University is the only private university that is covered by this grant from the Charitable Fund, as it has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Alumni Affairs Unit of the university. At the end of the meeting, the delegation received questions from the students.

Then the delegation moved to the university chancellery to visit the University's Vice Chancellor, Dr. Sadiq Omar Maknoon who thanked the Foundation for its interest in the university students and urged them to expand the selection of university students from the levels below excellence due to the strictness of the system applied in the university and the difficulty of obtaining high rates by students in the various faculties of the university.

The delegation welcomed the ideas put forward, noting that the reputation of Al-Ahgaff University is good, and that is why grants have always been allocated to it other than other private universities.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Ahmed Munir Al-Tamimi, head of the Accounting Department and the representative of the Faculty of Administration and Economics in the Alumni Affairs Unit, and Mr. Muhammad Salih bin Talib, the legal advisor of the university, and Mr. Mohsen Ali Bassum, the representative of the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science at the Alumni Affairs Unit, and Mr. Muhammad Salem Al-Buri, the representative of the Faculty of Arts And the humanities at the unit.
