Doctorate degree awarded to the researcher Hassan Buruk Hassan Basywoud from Al-Ahgaff University in criminal law

Researcher Hassan Buruk Hassan Basywoud, teacher of criminal law, Faculty of Sharia and Law, University of Al-Ahgaff, has been awarded today, Wednesday, 8/19/2020, the International Certificate (PhD), in the specialty of criminal law, for his thesis titled (The Impact of Kinship in Yemeni Criminal Legislation, A Comparative Study of Islamic Jurisprudence)

The discussion and judgment committee consisted of:

1- Prof. Dr. Abdel Moumen Abdel Qader Shujaa El-Din, Professor of Comparative Jurisprudence, Faculty of Sharia and Law, Sana'a University (Chairman and Discussant).

2- Dr. Elham Mohamed Al-Aqil, Associate Professor of Criminal Law, Faculty of Sharia and Law, Sana'a University (Discussant).

3- Dr. Muhammad Ahmad Yahya Al-Qaidi, Associate Professor of Criminal Law, Faculty of Graduate Studies, Police Academy (Supervisor).

The researcher, Hasan Basywoud, had obtained a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Al-Ahgaff University, with honors, and he also obtained a master’s degree from the same university with a grade of distinction.

The discussion session was attended by a group of teachers and researchers.
