Master's degree for the researcher Anwar Khair bin Khair El-Deen from the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Al-Ahgaff University, in the Department of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals

Researcher Anwar Khair bin Khair El-Deen granted master's degree in jurisprudence and its fundamentals from the Faculty of Graduate Studies at the University of Al-Ahgaff Department of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals, for his dissertation titled (the work of women; a comparative study between Islamic jurisprudence and Indonesian law). The discussion and judgment committee consisted of:

1-      Dr. Ismail Muhammad Abdo Al-Salafi, Associate Professor of Fundamentals of Jurisprudence at the University of the Holy Qur’an and Islamic Sciences (Chair and external examiner)

2-      Dr. Abdel-Rahman Taha Abdel-Qader Al-Habashi, Assistant Professor of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals, Faculty of Sharia and Law, Al-Ahgaff University (internal examiner).

3-      Dr. Alawi Abdel Qader Muhammad Al-Aidarous, Assistant Professor of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals, Faculty of Sharia and Law, Al-Ahgaff University (supervisor).

 

The researcher, Anwar Khair bin Khair El-Deen, is one of the students who graduated from the Faculty of Sharia and Law. He is from Indonesia, and his thesis won good praise from the examiners who enriched it with discussion and observations.

The discussion session was attended by a group of teachers, researchers and students.
