On the occasion of the International Day of the Arabic Language, December 18, Hadhramaut Research Center for Studies, Training and Community Development, in cooperation with the Faculty of Arts at Al-Ahgaff University, holds a free evening entitled (The Arabic language between the identity of the past and the bridges of the future)

In celebration of the International Day of the Arabic Language, December 18, the Hadhramaut Research Center for Studies, Training and Community Development, in cooperation with the Faculty of Arts at Al-Ahgaff University, held a free evening on Thursday evening, December 23, 2021, entitled (The Arabic language between the identity of the past and the bridges of the future) presented by: Dr.: Muhammad bin Yahya.

At the beginning of the evening, Dr. Hussein Ali Al-Aidarous, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, welcomed the attendees and spoke about the importance of the Arabic language and our attachment to it. After that, Dr. Muhammad bin Yahya spoke about the Arabic language and its civil and societal interactions, and many topics related to the language field. The evening was attended by a group of doctors, students and interested audience. The evening included many interventions, most notably those of Dr. Muhammad Hassan Al-Aidarous and poetic interventions by Dr. Abu Bakr Al-Hamid highlighting the beauty and eloquence of the Arabic language.

It is worth mentioning that Dr. Muhammad bin Yahya is an Associate Professor of Linguistics and Linguistic Studies in the Department of Arabic Language and Literature at the Faculty of Arts, University of Aden, and a lecturer for a course (Grammar and Morphology) at the Faculty of Islamic Sciences at Al-Ahgaff University. He obtained his PhD with distinction from the University of Aden in (2011), and obtained a Master's degree with distinction from the University of Aden (2001). He has a number of research papers published in a number of refereed journals and a number of articles published in a number of newspapers. He has participated in a number of seminars, has a number of printed books, and has trained a number of university teachers in how to prepare scientific research in the humanities between the years (2009-2010), he supervised a number of scientific theses and dissertations and discussed a number of them.
