Under the leadership of Al-Ahgaff University in Mukalla, the activities of the training course in operational planning skills and performance indicators, which were organized over a period of 23 days, were concluded by the Alumni Affairs Unit and the Hadramout Research Center, in coordination with the Deanship of Quality and Academic Development at the university.

The session was implemented in line with the vision of the university's leadership, represented by its president, Professor Abdullah Muhammad Baharoon, to enhance the skills and knowledge of the academic administrative staff at the university and enable them to prepare operational plans and determine performance indicators according to the latest technologies, with the participation of the university's functional staff and elite of the most prominent graduates of the university.

At the conclusion of the course, which was attended by the deans of faculties and heads of departments at the university, the Undersecretary of Hadramout Governorate, Hassan Salem Al-Jilani, stressed the importance of this course to enable graduates to prepare future operational plans and determine performance indicators according to the latest technologies, indicating that Al-Ahgaff University has represented since its establishment a model in educational outcomes and scientific curricula which contributed to graduating university batches with the ability of sustainable strategic planning and the ability to deal with the developments of the times, conveying the greetings of the Governor of the Governorate and appreciating the efforts of the university and its administrative and academic staff and its pioneering role in human development in various fields.

The Secretary-General of the University, Eng. Fayez Ahmed Bin Shamla, and the Director of the Alumni Affairs Unit at the University, Dr. Hashim Alawi Muqaibel, emphasized the importance of this course in building strategic operational plans for the university with the participation of its graduates from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia and others.

Faculties and scientific departments benefit from this course in building a cadre capable of preparing and designing operational plans that achieve the university's vision, promoting the values of effective partnership, and continuing the bridge of communication between the university and its graduates.
