Values

These are the foundational principles of the University that shape the behavioral approach adhered to by all members of Al-Ahgaff University, serving as one of the most vital moral pillars for achieving the university’s vision. They are: Loyalty and Belonging: Two essential values manifested in the commitment of faithfulness to the University, maintaining a deep connection to it, embracing its approach, values, and mission, and defending it. Integrity and Transparency: Integrity is built upon moral standards of honesty and truthfulness in words and deeds, alongside upholding professional ethics. Transparency is our commitment to providing all information and data, ensuring easy access for those who need it. Diligence and Discipline: Diligence signifies commitment, dedication, and focus in executing work duties and responsibilities. Discipline is the capacity to self-regulate behavior and make appropriate decisions. Excellence and Creativity: Excellence is the ability to surpass standards in performance, rendering our quality unique and hard to replicate. Creativity is the capacity to explore new ideas and distinct methods in executing tasks and achieving goals. Teamwork: This entails collective action, shared responsibility, fostering cooperation and individual creativity, while ensuring that achievements belong to everyone and accountability is collective.
