More Than 1,480 Students at Al-Ahgaff University Sit for Final University Examinations
A total of 1,483 male and female students from five faculties at Al-Ahgaff University are taking the final examinations for the 2016/2017 academic year.
The examinations, which began on Saturday and will continue until Thursday, May 26, cover the following faculties and specializations: the Faculty of Sharia and Law with the specialization in “Sharia and Law”; the Faculty of Administration and Economics with the specializations in “Accounting and Business Administration”; the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science with the specializations in “Information Systems, E-Commerce, and Computer Science”; the Girls’ Faculty with the specializations in “Islamic Studies, Computer Science, and English Language”; and the Faculty of Arts with the specialization in “English Language.”
The Vice President of the University, Dr. Sadiq Omar Maknoon, inspected the progress of the examination process in several faculties, noting that the exams were being conducted in a calm and stable atmosphere after the University administration and faculty deanships had made all necessary arrangements to enable students to complete their examinations effectively. He wished all students success and excellence.
Meanwhile, the University Registrar stated that the new academic year 2017/2018 would begin on September 9, while student registration and admissions for the new academic year would commence on August 1.
