The Vice-Chancellor of Al-Ahgaff University, Dr. Sadeq Omar Maknoon, with the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science at Al-Ahgaff University Dr. Hussein Abdul Qader Al-Aidarous and accompanied with Dr. Hassan Abdulmutallab Moqeibel, Head of Computer Department and Mr. Youssef Bakhraf and Director of Registration Department at the College welcomed the first level students in the department of computer information systems to make them acquainted with the study system and the rules of the university system.

At the beginning of the meeting the Vice-Chancellor of the University and the Dean of the Faculty welcomed all the students in the Faculty in the new academic year and expressed their happiness for the students to be affiliated in the course of study at Al-Ahgaff University.

They reviewed the regulations of residential accommodation and the conditions necessary to be provided in the student to join it and explained to the students the controls and duties that each student must abide by, and the rights guaranteed by the faculty in return.

Mr. Bassam Al-Tamimi, Director of Registration Department at the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering, reviewed the university system, the system of examinations and absence, and explained to the students the mechanisms by which grades and absences are calculated and how to follow up the student's cumulative grade at all levels of study.

At the end of the meeting, they listened to the students 'observations and questions about the study and housing system at the faculty and answered the students' questions.
