The researcher, Hassan bin Salem bin Hussein Bafadhel, received the master’s degree in jurisprudence and its fundamentals from the Faculty of Graduate Studies at Al-Ahgaff University, Department of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals, for his thesis titled (the legal rooting of the articles of the financial vow in Yemeni law).
The discussion and judging committee consisted of:
1- Dr. Omar Karama Mubarak Swailem, associate professor of the principles of jurisprudence at the University of Aden, delegated at the University of Hadhramaut (chairman and external examiner)
2- Dr. Abdul Rahman Abdullah Al-Saqqaf, Head of the Department of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals, Faculty of Sharia and Law, Al-Ahgaff University (internal examiner).
2- Dr. Mustafa Hamid bin Sumait, Head of the Department of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals, Faculty of Graduate Studies, Al-Ahgaff University (supervisor)
The researcher Hassan bin Salem bin Hussein Bafadhel is one of the students who graduated from the Faculty of Sharia and Law and works as a teaching assistant, and his thesis won the good praise of the examiners as it is the first thesis in Yemen that discusses the topics of financial vows in Yemeni law.
The discussion session was attended by Dr. Abdullah Awad bin Sumait, Dean of the Faculty, Sheikh Muhammad bin Ali Al-Khatib, and a number of teachers, researchers and students.
