The Researcher Muhammad Burhan al-Din Ibn Castolani awarded a master’s degree in jurisprudence and its fundamentals from the Faculty of Graduate Studies at Al-Ahgaff University, Department of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals, for his thesis titled (the impact of Arab customs on legal rulings).
The discussion and judging committee consisted of:
1- Dr. Ismail Muhammad Abdu Al-Salafi, Associate Professor of Fundamentals of Jurisprudence, University of the Noble Qur’an and Islamic Sciences (chairman and external examiner)
2- Dr. Abd al-Rahman Taha Abd al-Qadir al-Habashi, Assistant Professor of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals, Faculty of Sharia and Law, Al-Ahgaff University (internal examiner).
3- Dr. Ahmed Saleh Ali Bafadel, associate professor of jurisprudence and its sciences at the University of the Qur’an and Islamic Sciences (supervisor).
The researcher, Muhammad Burhanuddin bin Castolani, is one of the students who graduated from the Faculty of Sharia and Law, and he is from Indonesia. His thesis was highly praised by the examiners who enriched it with discussion and remarks.
The discussion session was attended by a group of teachers, researchers and students.
