The Researcher Muhammad Sabli bin Ahmed obtained a master's degree in Jurisprudence and its Principles from the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies at Al-Ahgaff University, Department of Jurisprudence and its Principles, for his thesis titled (Hosting Contract in Islamic Jurisprudence).

The discussion and examining committee consisted of:

1 - Dr. Mustafa Hamid bin Sumait, Assistant Professor and head of the Department o Jurisprudence and its Principles at the Faculty of Graduate Studies at Al-Ahgaff University (chairman and internal examiner).

2- Dr. Alawi Abdul Qadir Muhammad Al-Aidarous, Assistant Professor of Jurisprudence and its Principles, at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Al-Ahgaff University (supervisor).

3- Dr. Ali bin Saleh Bafadhel, Lecturer at the Faculty of Fundamentals of Religion, Al-Wasatiyyah Al-Sharia University for Islamic and Human Sciences (external examiner)

The researcher, Muhammad Sabli bin Ahmed, is one of the students who graduated from the Faculty of Sharia and Law, and he is from Indonesia. His thesis received good praise from the examiners who enriched it with discussion and observations.

The discussion session was attended by a group of professors, researchers and students.
