The Researcher Anif Hasanan Hanafi obtained a master's degree in jurisprudence and its principles from the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies at Al-Ahgaff University, Department of Jurisprudence and its Principles, for his thesis titled (ownership of profits according to the Shafi'is and their impact on contemporary sales).

The discussion and judgment committee consisted of:

1- Dr. Hazem Yahya Musleh Al-Qudah, Assistant Professor at the Shafi’i Jurisprudence College, International Islamic Sciences University, Amman - Jordan (chairman and external examiner)

2 - Dr. Mustafa bin Hamed bin Sumait, Head of the Department of Jurisprudence and its Principles at the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies, Al-Ahgaff University (internal examiner).

3- Dr. Abdul Rahman Abdullah Al-Saqqaf, Professor and Head of the Department of Jurisprudence and its Principles at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Al-Ahgaff University (supervisor).

The researcher, Anif Hasanan, is one of the students who graduated from the Faculty of Sharia and Law, and he is from Indonesia. His thesis received good praise from the examiners who enriched it with discussion and observations.

The discussion session was attended by a group of professors, researchers and students.
