The researcher, Muhammad Afrazal bin Fermi Listri, obtained a master's degree in jurisprudence and its principles from the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies at Al-Ahgaff University, Department of Jurisprudence and its Principles, for his thesis titled (Inferring the purposes of Sharia law at the Shafi'is and its applications in contemporary emerging issues).
The discussion and judgment committee consisted of:
1- Prof. Abdullah Abdel Qader Qweider, a faculty member at the Shafi’i Jurisprudence College at the International Islamic Sciences University, Amman - Jordan (chairman and external examiner)
2 - Dr. Mustafa bin Hamed bin Sumait, Head of the Department of Jurisprudence and its Principles at the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies, Al-Ahgaff University (internal examiner).
3 – Dr. Abd al-Rahman Abdullah al-Saqqaf, Professor and Head of the Department of Jurisprudence and its Principles at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Al-Ahgaff University (supervisor)
The student, Muhammad Afrazal bin Fermi Listri, is one of the students who graduated from the Faculty of Sharia and Law, and he is from Indonesia. His thesis received good praise from the examiners who enriched it with discussion and observations.
The discussion session was attended by a group of professors, researchers and students.
