The Department of Sharia and Law at the Faculty of Sharia and Law at Al-Ahgaff University announces the establishment of (Al-Ahgaff Journal for Legal Studies and Research), which is a refereed quarterly scientific journal, concerned with publishing scientific research in the legal jurisprudential field.

The magazine team addresses researchers, specialists, university students, colleges, research centers and scientific institutions at home and abroad to provide them with their scientific, intellectual and cognitive productions (in Arabic), which are in accordance with the publishing rules approved by the scientific body of the magazine for publishing in the first issue of the first volume, which contributes to the development of legal scientific research.

The journal's editorial team affirms its commitment to taking refereeing procedures in accordance with the approved scientific standards, and is also committed to communicating with researchers and informing them of the refereeing stages and results.
