The Dean of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Al-Ahgaff University, Dr. Abdullah Awadh bin Sumait, received in his office today His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Munib Shafaa, member of the Indonesian House of Representatives and President of the University of Darussalam, who is visiting the city of Tarim these days, recalling the memories of his studies at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Al-Ahgaff University, as he was one of the graduates of the faculty from the sixth batch.

Dr. Ahmed Munib expressed his great happiness with the visit, thanking the Dean for the warm reception and welcome, which was attended by Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Saqqaf, Head of the Department of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals, Dr. Abdullah Hussein Al-Aidarous, Head of the Department of Machine Sciences, Dr. Alawi Al-Aidarous, Secretary General of the Research and Ifta Department at the Faculty, and Dr. Muhammad Faiz Nour Khalis, Sheikh of East Asian Students.

After that, a public lecture was held for Dr. Munib in which he met with all the students, talking to them about the period of his studies at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Al-Ahgaff University in Tarim, the period of his return to his country, and how he became an acceptable personality among the Indonesian people, and he talked about the future of Al-Ahgaff students in Indonesia, urging students to be more serious and diligent in educational achievement, explaining to them the status of Al-Ahgaff University and its good reputation in the State of Indonesia, where its graduates occupy many positions and professions in the state, private and government institutions and universities.

The session was concluded with questions from the students and attended by Dr. Mohamed Fayez Nour Khalis.
