The Faculty of Sharia and Law at Al-Ahgaff University held the first training course for all faculty members of the faculty for the period from June 17 to June 22, with 24 training hours, under the slogan (using the electronic platform in distance education). It was presented by the trainer, Dr. Hamza Al-Aidarous, who is in charge of training, rehabilitation and development at the university's distance education platform.

At the beginning of the course, the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Abdullah Awadh bin Sumait, welcomed the teaching staff of the faculty, as well as the trainer, Dr. Hamza Al-Aidarous, indicating in his speech the importance of holding such courses and the need for the teachers to be familiar with e-learning, as it has become a necessity in this time and has spread until it has become associated with the prestigious universities in the whole world. He thanked the faculty for attending, wishing them great benefit.

In his turn, the trainer, Dr. Hamza Al-Aidarous, opened the course with an overview of the electronic platform and the study, speaking for a week in the course about the mechanisms that the teacher needs to use the electronic platform in distance education, which included various topics such as the types of education available and dealt with, and how to use electronic programs and applications that help the teacher to create lessons through the PowerPoint application, preparing and adding it, how to use the electronic platform, creating video lectures, preparing exams for the courses and uploading them to the platform's website.

In this training course, the teaching staff was distributed to multiple groups for practical implementation, as during the course various applications were made on all lessons, the teachers excelled in their implementation, application, and uploading them to the platform.

The course concluded on Thursday, with direct video discussions between the teachers as an applied work carried out by the participants in preparation for its use in the practical aspect of distance teaching.

The participants expressed their deep gratitude to the university and the Faculty for implementing such beneficial courses. And thanked the trainer Hamza Al-Aidarous for his creativity over the days of the course in delivering lessons and ideas to them, hoping for the continuation of such courses in the future.

For his part, Dr. Hamza Al-Aidarous, the trainer of the course, expressed his pride in presenting the course to this group of esteemed teachers at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, praising them for their effort to attend and continue on all days of the course and the practical application of its contents.

In turn, Dr. Abdullah Awadh bin Sumait, Dean of the Faculty, at the end of the course, extended his deep thanks to the trainer, Dr. Hamza for his good performance of the contents of the course, presenting him with a certificate of thanks and appreciation, and he also thanked all the faculty for their attendance and participation.

At the end, certificates of participation were distributed to the participants and a lunch was held for them on this occasion.
