On Monday morning, September 11, 2023, the Faculty of Women held an introductory meeting for the first-year female students of the Islamic Studies Department at Al-Khansa Hall.

During the meeting, the Dean of the Faculty, Sofia Awadh Al-Mohammadi, gave a welcoming speech in which she expressed her happiness with the female students’ coming to hub of knowledge and university studies. In her speech, she mentioned the developments and plans adopted by the faculty and its pioneering role in society. She also explained the faculty’s departments and the services of the faculty’s registration office.

For her part, the faculty registrar, Ms. Khadija Batarfi, gave a detailed explanation of the university systems and regulations followed by the faculty, in addition to introducing the students to the cultural activities at the university, wishing all the students good luck and success.
