The researcher, Muhammad Rashid Layl Al-Rahman, has been awarded a master’s degree in jurisprudence and its fundamentals from the Faculty of Graduate Studies at Al-Ahgaff University, Department of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals, for his thesis entitled (The Resurrection of the two rulings when the spouses differ; an authentic jurisprudential study compared with Indonesian law).
The discussion and judging committee consisted of:
1- Dr. Fouad Omar bin Sheikh Abu Bakr, Professor of Comparative Jurisprudence, Hadhramout University (chairman and external examiner).
2- Dr. Abdullah Muhammad Al-Hamid, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Al-Ahgaff University, Mukalla Branch (internal examiner).
3- Dr. Samir Muhammad Sabi, Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Al-Ahgaff University (Member and Supervisor)
The researcher Muhammad Rashid Layl Al-Rahman is one of the Indonesian students who graduated from the Faculty of Sharia and Law, and his thesis won praise from the examiners.
