The researcher, Muhammad Asm Al-Wolman Hadi, obtained a master's degree in Jurisprudence and its Principles from the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies at Al-Ahgaff University, Department of Jurisprudence and its Principles, for his thesis titled with (The provisions of representation, a jurisprudential study).

The discussion and judgment committee consisted of:

1- Prof. Dr. Riyad Faraj bin Abdat, Professor of Comparative Jurisprudence at Seiyun University (chairman and external examiner)

2 - Dr. Abdul Rahman Abdullah Al-Saqqaf Professor and Head of the Department of Jurisprudence and its Principles at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Al-Ahgaff University (supervisor)

3- Dr. Alawi bin Salem Abu Fatim, Professor of Jurisprudence and its Principles at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Al-Ahgaff University (internal examiner)

The student, Muhammad Asm Al-Walman Hadi, is one of the students who graduated from the Faculty of Sharia and Law, and he is from the country of Indonesia. His thesis received good praise from the examiners who enriched it with discussion and observations.

The discussion session was attended by a group of professors, researchers and students.
