The Faculty of Administration and Economics held a comprehensive examination for the applications of basics of accounting, which targeted students of the second and third levels in the Accounting Department.

The Dean of the Faculty, Mr. Alawi Abdel-Qader Al-Aidarous, supervised the progress of the exam, which is held for the first time in the faculty, and includes approximately 80 questions in the subjects of Principles of Accounting and Intermediate Accounting in Arabic and English, which were prepared by a specialized committee in the faculty.

The dean of the faculty indicated that this exam aims to assess the general level of students in the basics of accounting and to provide them with the necessary skills to deal with applied cases in practice. He also pointed out that this exam has been approved by the Faculty Council to be an annual tradition for second and third level students, in addition to the fourth level students undergoing a comprehensive exam in more than 12 basic subjects as part of graduation requirements.
