On the evening of Sunday, October 29, 2023, the specific course for fourth-level students at Al-Ahgaff University, specializing in accounting, was launched with the title (Make an accounting program yourself).

The course was inaugurated by the Dean of the Faculty of Administration and Economics at Al-Ahgaff University, Mr. Alawi Abdul Qadir Al-Aidaroos. The representative of the University’s Graduate Unit and the Hadhramaut Research Center, Mr. Muhammad Al-Buri, also attended the inauguration.

During the inauguration, the Director of Training at the Hadhramaut Research Center and the representative of the Graduate Unit, Mr. Muhammad Al-Buri, spoke, expressing his welcome to the students who benefited from the course and thanking them for their good interaction and keenness to attend this unique and distinguished course in the field of accounting creativity.

He also drew the attention of the students to make an effort to benefit from this course, as it is considered a goal for graduates in the accounting major and a means for future career excellence.

At the end of his speech, he noted that this course reflects the interest of the university, the graduate unit, and the Hadhramaut Research Center in its scientific outputs, and that there are a number of specific courses that must be invested in this field, especially the career diploma offered by the university’s graduate unit.

Mr. Alawi Al-Aidaroos also spoke about the importance of the accounting Excel program and its impact on the practical side of companies and institutions. He also urged students, who are on the verge of graduation, to make every effort to make the most of these distinguished courses, indicating that there is a plan to establish many specific courses and programs that will contribute effectively to developing the aspect. Scientific and practical opportunities for graduating students and demonstrating their excellence in the labor market. The faculty, in coordination with the Graduate Unit and the Hadhramaut Research Center, will make every effort to serve the university’s students and develop their skills.

In conclusion, Mr. Muhammad Bayashoot, the course instructor, spoke about the importance of this course, thanking the Deanship of the Faculty, the Graduate Affairs Unit, and the Research Center for their interest in this distinguished practical aspect.

He stated in his speech that during this course, the trainees will receive a number of accounting operations, such as making entries, posting them, and creating exchange vouchers, in addition to how to make invoices, employees’ account statements, knowing the project’s loss and profit, and related taxes, insurances, and others.

The attendees wished the students well at the end of the inauguration, praying to God to assist and prosper them.
