The Dean of the Faculty of Sharia and Law at Al-Ahgaff University, Dr. Abdullah Awad bin Sumait, accompanied by the Director of Registration at the Faculty, Mr. Saleh Faqihan, met with the students of the first and second levels in the faculty to inform them of the system of study progress and the regulations of the academic system at the university.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Bin Sumait welcomed all the students of the faculty in the new academic year, expressing his happiness for their enrolment in studying at the Faculty of Sharia and Law.

The Dean reviewed the Faculty’s bylaw and the conditions that must be met by the student to be enrolled in it. He explained to the students the controls and duties that each student must abide by, and the rights guaranteed to him by the faculty in return for that. He also briefly reviewed the boarding house regulations to be explained to them later in another meeting.

Mr. Saleh Faqihan, Director of the Registration Department at the faculty, reviewed the university system, the examination and absence system, and explained to the students the mechanisms by which grades and absences are calculated and how the student tracks his cumulative average at all levels of his studies.

At the end of the meeting, the Dean and the Director of Registration listened to the students' comments and questions about the academic and housing system in the faculty and answered all the questions that came to the students' minds about that.
