Today, Wednesday, August 31, 2022, the Department of Sharia and Law at the Faculty of Sharia and Law at Al-Ahgaff University issued the first issue of Al-Ahgaff Journal for Legal Studies and Research, which is a semi-annual scientific journal established by the decision of the President of Al-Ahgaff University No. 15 for the year 2021.

The first issue of the journal contained eight scientific researches related to the legal aspect and the comparative law aspect of Islamic law.

Al-Ahgaff Journal for Legal Studies and Research has received the full attention of the President of the University, Professor Abdullah bin Muhammad Baharoon, and the Vice President of the University, Professor Sadiq bin Omar Maknoon, who provided the necessary support and facilities to complete the issuance of the magazine, which is a qualitative leap in the field of scientific research.

In its arbitration, the journal relies on a number of senior professors and legal scholars who specialize in law and jurisprudence.
