University Secretary-General Launches First-Semester Examinations at the Faculty of Sharia and Law in Mukalla

The Secretary-General of Al-Ahgaff University, Eng. Faiz Ahmed bin Shamlah, inaugurated on Saturday the first-semester examinations for the 2025/2026 academic year for first-level students at the Faculty of Sharia and Law – Mukalla Branch.

During the inauguration, the Secretary-General toured several examination halls, reviewing the progress of the exams and the level of organization. He listened to feedback from the faculty administration and supervising committees, reaffirming the University leadership’s commitment to providing a suitable and supportive environment that enables students to sit their examinations with ease and confidence.

Eng. bin Shamlah commended the efforts of the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, as well as the academic and administrative staff, for their thorough preparation of the examination process. He also praised the high level of discipline and commitment demonstrated by the students.

The launch of the examinations reflects the University’s keenness to closely monitor the educational process and enhance academic performance, in line with its commitment to achieving its educational objectives.

The Secretary-General was accompanied during the visit by Dr. Abdullah Mohammed Al-Hamid, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Sharia and Law; Mr. Mohammed Ali Al-Attas, Deputy General Registrar; and several members of the faculty’s administrative staff.

A total of 232 first-level students sat for the examinations at the Mukalla branch, while the remaining four academic levels are being held in Tarim, Wadi Hadhramaut.
