Al-Ahgaff University team received a gift presented by the team of Al-Ahgaff Sports Complex in Shibam. This ceremony took place at the Colleges' Complex of the University in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Arts, the University's Activities Officer Dr. Hussein Ali Al-Aidarous, and Student Committee Officer/ Mohammed Saleh al-Shein and the Sports Committee Officer Abdul Aziz Hussain al-Awlaki, while the team of Al-Ahgaff Sports Complex in Shibam was represented by Captain Mahfouz Fadl al-Hadri and player Mohammed Omar Huwaidi.

In turn, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Officer of University's Activities Dr. Hussein Ali Al- Aidarous thanked the management of the team of Al-Ahgaff Sports Complex in Shibam for this gift and stressed the University's keenness to develop the skills and personality and knowledge of students whether scientific, cultural, artistic or sport as well as instilling noble values ​​and positive behaviors in them through the establishment of many activities and competitions, including sports competitions.

It is noteworthy that the university team is preparing to compete in the football competitions with the other teams of universities inside and outside the province, which is held every year.
