The Preparatory Committee for the Second International Scientific Conference at Al-Ahgaff University has announced the completion of all final preparations and arrangements for the conference entitled “Hadhramis in East Africa: Integration and Preservation of Identity,” affirming full readiness across all organizational, media, logistical, and technical aspects.
The committee explained that it has worked over the past period according to an integrated plan aimed at creating an appropriate academic and organizational environment that reflects the University’s stature and the significance of the conference. This included completing arrangements for receiving guests and researchers, preparing conference halls, coordinating scientific sessions, and ensuring full media readiness to cover the conference activities.
The committee emphasized that the conference will represent a prominent academic milestone, contributing to the enhancement of scientific research and the exchange of expertise among researchers and academics from within Yemen and abroad. It noted that all working committees have exerted intensive efforts to ensure the conference is held in a distinguished manner that reflects Al-Ahgaff University’s commitment to supporting international scientific events.
The Preparatory Committee renewed its invitation to all participants and those interested in academic affairs to actively take part in the conference activities, scheduled to be held on Saturday, December 27, expressing its hopes that the conference will achieve its academic and intellectual objectives and produce recommendations that contribute to serving scientific research and society.
