Mukalla/ September 28, 2021/ University media

UniRank published in July 2021 the edition of the Australian International Classification of Accredited Universities around the world, after a delay of more than 50 days.

Al-Ahgaff University ranked the 3rd at the level of Yemeni universities in an assessment of 45 Yemeni universities and 9017th at the level of world universities.

The classification is based on a number of conditions, including:

1- The institution must be registered and licensed by the competent higher education institution in the country.

2- Presenting at least 4 university years (bachelor's) or postgraduate degrees (master's - doctorate).

3- Delivering courses and programs in a direct, traditional way - face to face - and not through the distance education system.

The assessment aims to provide a non-academic periodic table of the best Yemeni universities based on valid, unbiased, and ineffective web metrics provided by independent web intelligence sources rather than data provided by the universities themselves.

It is noteworthy that Al-Ahgaff University was established in 1995 with a license from the Ministry of Higher Education and is considered the first private university in Hadhramaut, and it still provides free education to students from all over the world.
