Workshop on teaching strategies for textual subjects at Al-Ahgaff University, Mukalla

As part of the work plan and to improve the educational level of the teaching staff in the two faculties and the instructors affiliated with them, the Sharia and Law and Islamic Sciences faculties at Al-Ahgaff University in Mukalla organized a workshop titled "Strategies for Teaching Textual Subjects - Minhaj Al-Talibin and Umdat Al-Muftiin – as a Model."

The workshop was moderated by Dr. Abdulrahman Abdullah Al-Saqqaf, Head of the Department of Jurisprudence and its Principles at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, where he reviewed the methods that the instructor should follow while teaching textual subjects, citing from the book (Minhaj Al-Talibin and Umdat Al-Muftiin by Imam Al-Nawawi).

Dr. Al-Saqqaf drew attention to the author's approaches and the terminology used in the book, involving different sciences from the language of access when writing.

The three-hour training concluded with the participants expressing their pleasure with the material covered and their hope to repeat similar scientific courses that benefit instructors and broaden their knowledge. The trainer, for his part, conveyed his gratitude to the deans of the two faculties and the participants for their engagement with the workshop's issues and proceedings, which were enhanced by suggestions and interventions.
