Partnership Agreement Signed Between the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science at Al-Ahgaff University and Alphabet Information Technology Company

The Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science at Al-Ahgaff University signed an academic and professional partnership agreement on Tuesday evening with Alphabet Information Technology Company, marking an important step toward strengthening integration between university education and the technology sector, and opening new opportunities for students in training, development, and employment.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Hamzah Alaidaros, Dean of the Faculty, and Eng. Mohammed Al-Sibaei, CEO of the company. It aims to establish a comprehensive professional pathway for students by providing access to advanced training and applied programs, as well as offering field training opportunities within the company in line with modern labor market standards. Additionally, the agreement seeks to support students through professional development programs that help them acquire essential technical skills required in future work environments.

The partnership also aims to enhance the quality of the educational process by linking academic learning with practical industry practices, developing joint research and applied projects that serve both the educational and technological sectors, and launching community initiatives that support digital transformation efforts and contribute to community service.

Under this agreement, the two parties will organize specialized forums in areas such as cybersecurity and digital transformation, participate jointly in academic conferences and events, and provide free academic and technical consultations that contribute to improving the efficiency of the faculty’s academic programs.

The Dean of the Faculty affirmed that this partnership aligns with the faculty’s strategic plan to build effective relationships with relevant professional institutions, supporting its students, enhancing their academic and practical skills, and strengthening their competitiveness in the labor market.
