The Chancellor of Al-Ahgaff University Professor / Abdullah Muhammad Baharoon received today at his home, His Excellency the Indonesian Consul in the Sultanate of Oman Mr. Ahmed Maaroufi, accompanied by Mr. Alwain Abdullah, official of the embassy’s policy department, and the Indonesian businessman Dr. Muhammad Bodi.

The Chancellor of the University welcomed the delegation, thanking them for honoring them with the visit to inspect the conditions of their students at the university.

They discussed about the possibility of cooperation between them and the embassy to facilitate the requirements of students.

The Chancellor of the University hosted a lunch in honor of the guests.

His Excellency the Consul expressed his happiness for the warm reception and good hospitality, conveying the greetings of the Indonesian Ambassador in the Sultanate of Oman.

The meeting was attended by Vice Chancellor of the University Dr. Sadiq Omar Maknoun, Secretary General Eng. Fayez Ahmed bin Shamla and the Deans of Faculties and Heads of Departments.
