Mukalla – University Media

Al-Ahgaff University took part in the Liaison Officers’ Training Workshop for Yemeni universities, organized as part of the second phase of the National University Ranking Project. The event was held under the patronage of H.E. Prof. Khaled Ahmed Al-Wasabi, Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research, Technical Education, and Vocational Training.

The university was represented by Dr. Hamzah Al-Aidaroos, Deputy Dean of Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation, who participated in the two-day workshop held on July 29–30, 2025.

During the workshop, university liaison officers received detailed briefings and hands-on training on the electronic system of the National University Ranking Tool, aimed at improving the quality of higher education across Yemen. The training also sought to enhance the capacity of liaison officers in effectively managing the classification requirements and processes.

This participation reflects Al-Ahgaff University's ongoing commitment to academic excellence and alignment with national quality and performance standards.
