The task force of the Indonesian Students' Union in Mukalla held a meeting on Friday, November 13, at the Chancellery of the University of Al-Ahgaff, where this group carried out the task of the union to achieve the organizational transition process from the states system to a unit with the Indonesian Students' Union in Hadramout and the Indonesian Students' Union in Yemen.

The meeting was attended by 10 students representing the Union. The meeting started at 2:30 pm and ended at 11:00 pm.

On Thursday, November 19, the annual conference committee of the Indonesian Students' Union in Mukalla held a full meeting in the University Chancellery building to discuss and prove what the task force produced.

About 20 delegates from different universities in Mukalla attended this meeting to express the aspirations of all students in the relevant place.

This meeting started at 3:00 pm and ended at 9:15 pm.

On Friday, November 20, after successfully holding the plenary session, the ISU Annual Conference Committee held a meeting to hear the accountability report from all departments of the Union 2019-2020.

This meeting began at 3:00 in the afternoon with the hearing of the first report by the president of the Union, Muhammad Rashid Lail al-Rahman, followed by a report from the secretary department Muhammad Daniel to the end of the report which is from the Business Fund, and in this case it is represented by Fadli Hedayat, so the total of all sections was 9 sections. All departmental reports were received by the participants expressing their gratitude for the efforts and contributions of the officials of the Indonesian Students' Union 2019-2020 for Indonesian students in Mukalla in general, and the union in particular. At the conclusion of the conference, the committee held the election of selecting the president of the Union for the year 2020-2021. The chosen one for the president of the Indonesian Students' Union in Mukalla for the year 2020-2021 is Muhammad Rashid Lail al-Rahman, and the head of the advisory board is Segit Widyarto.

In appreciation of the university’s efforts in sponsoring the events related to the activities of Indonesian students, the Secretary General of the university, Eng. Faiz Ahmed bin Shamla, was honored in his office in the presence of the President of the Union, Muhammad Rashid Lail al-Rahman.
