On Tuesday morning, February 8, 2022, Vice Chancellor of Al-Ahgaff University, Dr. Sadiq Omar Maknoon, received a delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research headed by Prof. Dr. Khalid Omar Basaleem, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education for the Educational Affairs Sector, and Dr. Khalid Qaid Shaafal, Director General of Non- Governmental Higher Education Institutions and Mr.  Mustafa Al-Shaabi, Director General of Legal Affairs in the Ministry, who arrived on an inspection visit to the university, during which they were briefed on the new programs at the university with the aim of evaluating, accrediting and issuing their licenses.

At the end of the visit, the delegation toured the lecture halls, laboratories and libraries and expressed their admiration for the development and modernization of programs, curricula and equipment that the university is making. Wishing success to the university and its staff.

The meeting was attended by the Director of the Quality and Academic Accreditation Unit at the university, Dr. Ahmed Saleh Khord, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, Dr. Hassan Abdel-Muttalib Muqaibel, and the Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Dr. Samir Salman Sabi.
