On Sunday morning, the Alumni Affairs Unit and Hadramout Research Center at Al-Ahgaff University held the second session of the training course on operational planning skills and performance indicators, in coordination with the Deanship of Quality and Academic Development at the university.

This course is held under the directives of Professor Abdullah Baharoon, President of the University, and in line with the university's vision to enhance the skills and knowledge of the academic administrative staff at the university and enable them to prepare operational plans and determine performance indicators according to the latest technologies.

The second session of the course discussed tools for analyzing the external environment through SWOT, PESTLE and 7S Model tools.

Training activities were carried out aimed at measuring the staff's awareness of the opportunities and threats facing the university and how to deal with and exploit them.

For his part, the trainer of the course, Mr. Anis Awadh Bajubair, confirmed his happiness with this opportunity in which he shared his experiences in the field of institutional planning at Al-Ahgaff University, and confirmed that the course is proceeding smoothly and in an orderly manner.

The session was attended by the leadership of the university, represented by the Secretary-General, Eng. Fayez Ahmed bin Shamla, deans of faculties, heads of departments and administrative units, in addition to some of the university's graduates in attendance and through the ZOOM program from various countries of the world.
