The Alumni Affairs Unit and Hadramout Research Center at Al-Ahgaff University launched, on Tuesday evening, a training course in operational planning skills and performance indicators, in coordination with the Deanship of Quality and Academic Development at the university.
This course is held under the directives of Professor Abdullah Baharoon, President of the University, and in line with the university's vision to enhance the skills and knowledge of the academic administrative staff at the university and enable them to prepare operational plans and determine performance indicators according to the latest technologies.
Eng. Fayez Ahmed Bin Shamla, Secretary General of the University, emphasized the importance of this session in building strategic operational plans for the University with its cadres, with the participation of a number of graduates from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia and others.
A group of the university's professional staff and a group of the university's most prominent graduates are participating in the course in which Mr. Anis Awadh Bajubair is training. Free seats have been allocated for them, in attendance and through the Zoom application, from a number of Arab and Islamic countries, so that the university is distinguished by providing its educational and knowledge services free of charge to its graduates and following them up after graduation and share activities with them.
Counselor Dr. Hashim Alawi Moqaibel, Director of the University's Alumni Affairs Unit, pointed out the need to make maximum use of the course by striving to develop a strategic plan for the university that is in line with the course of events and looking forward to the future.
Faculties and scientific departments benefit from this course in building a cadre capable of preparing and designing operational plans that achieve the vision that the university aspires to, and to promote the values of effective partnership between the university and its graduates, and the continuation of communication between them.
The Alumni Unit seeks with the Hadramout Research Center to achieve the greatest degree of cooperation for the success of the university's vision through an integrated system that seeks, during the coming period, to implement a number of activities, the most important of which is the career diploma, which is a qualitative and unique addition to the university's graduates.
The opening session was attended by deans of faculties and heads of departments at the university.
