Dr. Hamza Al-Aidarous from Al-Ahgaff University, Republic of Yemen, participated as a keynote speaker in the Third International Conference on Social Sciences in Indonesia. The conference, which was organized and sponsored by Green Publisher, was attended by more than 70 researchers, academics and postgraduate students from different countries, last Thursday, 30^th July. All the official speeches of the conference and the research papers presented focused on the developments and challenges of the quality of e-learning technology in light of achieving the goals of sustainable development.

Dr. Al-Aidarous's speech was about strategies to improve the quality of e-learning in universities, speaking about Al-Ahgaff University as a case study, as the university is considered one of the leading Yemeni universities in adopting e-learning after the spread of the Corona pandemic. In his speech, Al-Aidarous called on universities to include e-learning in their programmes, and called on higher education institutions to facilitate all procedures for approving these programs, as e-learning has become an imperative necessity in this era. In conclusion, he called on government institutions to provide the necessary infrastructure, such as electricity and the Internet, to implement e-learning. In addition, Al-Aidarous recommended researchers to conduct scientific and practical studies that seek to provide solutions that help improve and develop this type of education.

It is noteworthy that three specialized academics from different countries were chosen last April to speak officially at the conference, including Dr. Hamza Al-Aidros from Al-Ahgaff University. This choice of speakers comes due to the relevance of their studies and research to the goals and themes of the conference. Dr. Al-Aidarous has a set of published articles and research - and others under publication - that focus on the quality of education, e-learning, and blended education. He was also recently appointed responsible for training, qualification and development in the online platform of distance education at Al-Ahgaff University.
