On Thursday, July 27, 2023, the Deanship of Quality and Academic Accreditation at Al-Ahgaff University held the second workshop entitled (Using the Electronic Admission and Registration Program).

The workshop began its work in the presence of the Dean of Quality and Academic Accreditation, Dr. Ahmed Salih Khared, and the Deputy Dean Dr. Hamza Ali Al-Aidarous, in the presence of the General Registration Department and the directors and employees of the admission and registration departments at the university faculties.

This workshop, which was managed and implemented by Mr. Zainulddin Bahbrish, dealt with some of the basic topics of the registration system program for the applicant students, choosing their specializations, desires and personal data, and the workshop also discussed some axes of the grading processes for students in the registration program with the application of arithmetic operations, a detailed explanation of the transcript of their general grades and results, and reports of the program system in general.

This workshop came out with a number of basic recommendations that serve the university and its academic and administrative staff, and the most prominent aspect of its implementation is the acquisition of some experiences and skills for the employees of the departments in the faculties, and this activity is considered within the activities of the university.

It is worth noting that the workshop was implemented for one day in the university presidency building, and that the total number of targets for this workshop reached about 18 male and female employees, from the various admission and registration departments at the university and faculties.
