The researcher Fuat al-Rahman bin Jamari bin Radwan obtained a master's degree in jurisprudence and its principles from the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies at Al-Ahgaff University, Department of Jurisprudence and its principles, for his thesis titled (The methodology of fatwa of the scholar Abdullah bin Mahfouz Al-Haddad).

The discussion and judgment committee consisted of:

1- Dr. Khaled Ali Hatboul Al-Faroukh, Assistant Professor at the Shafi’i Jurisprudence College, International Islamic Sciences University, Amman - Jordan (chairman and external examiner)

2 - Dr. Alawi bin Abd al-Qadir al-Aidarous, assistant professor of jurisprudence and its origins at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Al-Ahgaff University (internal examiner)

3- Dr. Abdul Rahman Abdullah Al-Saqqaf, Professor and Head of the Department of Jurisprudence and its Principles at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Al-Ahgaff University (supervisor).

The student Fuat al-Rahman is one of the students who graduated from the Faculty of Sharia and Law, and he is from Indonesia. His thesis received good praise from the examiners who enriched it with discussion and observations.

The discussion session was attended by a group of professors, researchers and students.
