As part of Al-Ahgaff University's efforts to strengthen ties with its alumni around the world, Professor Sadiq Omar Maknoon, Vice President of the University, held an extensive meeting with a number of university alumni in Malaysia. The meeting was held in coordination with the Alumni Unit and was attended by Dr. Hashim Alwi Muqeibel, University Advisor and Head of the Alumni Unit.

The situations of Malaysian graduates as well as their professional and practical needs were examined throughout the discussion. In keeping with the prestigious academic standing that has defined the university throughout its academic history, the meeting also covered the beneficial effects alumni have had on their communities through their academic and professional roles.

The meeting also addressed the implementation of several future plans in partnership with alumni in Malaysia, expanding the scope of community initiatives, and joint coordination, which will contribute to enhancing the university's image and its scientific and developmental role locally and internationally.

The graduates expressed their deep gratitude and appreciation to the university leadership for its continued commitment to communication and follow-up, emphasizing their appreciation for the active role played by the Alumni Unit in strengthening bridges of communication with graduates from various countries.
